Jeremy Webster

Jeremy is a partner in Deloitte’s Financial Advisory practice specializing in valuations, damage quantification, commercial litigation support, licensing and alliances, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, strategy, and financial advisory services.

As a chartered accountant and chartered business valuator, he has over 30 years of experience consulting legal counsel, businesses, and numerous clients across North American and Europe in industries that range from financial services to public sector, life sciences, and technology.

Jeremy has a wealth of experience preparing official reports for litigation, dispute, mediation, and arbitration matters. He is qualified as an expert witness in the areas of business valuation, accounting, tax, economics, licensing and business, having appeared as an expert witness in the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench.

Jeremy has conducted numerous valuations of businesses and intangible assets for purposes that including purchase and sale agreements, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing, asset carve-outs, shareholder disputes, merger and acquisitions, negotiations, fairness opinions, and income tax strategies.
