Joanna Gibbons

Joanna is a Managing Director in Deloitte’s Corporate Finance group and is the Toronto Consumer Business Leader. She has been a lead advisor for over 15 years and her experience includes structuring and executing acquisitions and divestitures for mid-market companies in the consumer business sector. Joanna manages the day-to-day activities of corporate finance engagements and is responsible for all planning, preparation and negotiation on behalf of clients.
