Karen Werger

Karen is a Vice Chair of Deloitte Canada, focused on serving the legal sector – both law firms and in-house counsel – looking for ways to bring the best of the firm to this key group of clients, alliance partners and influencers in our communities. Karen is also the Global Consulting People & Purpose leader. In these roles, Karen serves as a member of the extended Canadian leadership team, the Service & Partnership Council, as well as a number of Global Consulting leadership teams, helping to shape the future of the business.

Prior to this, Karen has had the privilege of playing various leadership roles including the Global Valuation & Modeling leader, the Culture & People Leader for FA Canada, Dean for Deloitte University North, Regional Service Leader for Financial Advisory Toronto, and the Executive Partner sponsor and founder for the Deloitte Women’s Impact Network (WIN).
