Linda Blair

Linda Blair is the Managing Partner, Ontario and the Chief Experience Officer, Deloitte Canada. Linda is the executive leader for Deloitte’s offices across Ontario, including the firm’s flagship office (Bay Adelaide Centre East) in the heart of the financial district in Toronto. As Managing Partner, Linda is responsible for Deloitte’s go-to-market strategy in the region, which includes the growth and development of the breadth of Deloitte’s services available to the varied sectors and segments in this diverse market. Put simply, Linda ensures the firm brings the best that Deloitte has to offer to each and every client. As Chief Experience Officer, Linda is responsible for the continuing evolution of the firm’s world-class workplaces right across the country, with a focus on delivering differentiated experiences for Deloitte’s people and our clients.

Linda has held various leadership roles across Deloitte over the last several years. Prior to her Managing Partner role, she successfully led Deloitte’s Toronto Consulting practice. During that time, the practice developed new and innovative services, grew the firm’s market share and developed a team of extraordinary talent.

Linda holds a BSc in Nursing from the University of Western Ontario and earned her MBA from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management. As an avid community builder, Linda has been involved with a number of charities and boards, many which are focused on the well-being and development of children.
