Mark Jamrozinski

Mark is the managing partner of the M&A Advisory practice in Canada and leads its corporate finance, M&A transaction services, capital advisory, and integration practices. He also serves on Deloitte’s global M&A executive team. Mark has advised on more than 750 investments, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures across all industry sectors for Deloitte, and specializes in delivering strategic advice, comprehensive due diligence, buy- and sell-side advisory services, and deal-structuring advice.
