Mark Wayland

Mark leads Deloitte Canada’s Audit Advisory practice. He specializes in advisory services in connection with public offerings, M&A Transactions, IFRS, Canadian GAAP, U.S. GAAP and Canadian and U.S. Regulatory requirements. Prior to joining the Canadian Audit advisory practice, he spent four years with Deloitte’s U.S. firm working with the Accounting Services and M&A groups. He has a CA and a CPA designation, and is also a frequent speaker on complex accounting and reporting matters.
