Nicole Dufresne Baker

Using her deep understanding of the machinery of government, Nicole specializes in assessing financial processes and making recommendations to improve the effectiveness of those processes while maintaining a strong control environment.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Nicole was the CFO of a company in Ottawa where she led projects in financial management, regulatory compliance, and IT implementation. In addition, she was a member/chair of the audit committee for a public sector entity for nine years. Nicole holds a master’s degree in public sector financial management.
