Usha Sthankiya

Usha is a partner in the firm’s Sustainability & Climate Change group and leads its Sustainable Finance & ESG practice.

She has over 20 years of experience uncovering environment, social, and governance (ESG) material issues and developing related strategies and plans, in order to identify and communicate key sustainability issues to executives and boards, advise on ESG and impact investing, and develop climate strategies and targets for financial services.

As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), Usha also has significant experience with integrating sustainability into the finance function and non-financial reporting and disclosure.
