Corvinus Nemzetközi Befektetési Zrt., an investment management company, has agreed with Talanx Group to acquire 66.9%-66.9% of both Magyar Posta Biztosító Zrt. and Magyar Posta Életbiztosító Zrt., two nationwide insurance companies providing non-life and life insurance services in Hungary respectively. The agreement was signed in December 2022 and is expected to close during the first half of 2023. Deloitte acted as the lead financial advisor to Corvinus Nemzetközi Befektetési Zrt. throughout the Transaction.
