Michael Falter has joined Deloitte Legal in July 2020 as a partner and provides comprehensive advice to national and international companies on corporate law issues and corporate restructuring. His focus is on corporate and post-M&A disputes as well as commercial disputes, both before state courts and in arbitration proceedings. In addition, he advises his clients on all corporate law issues, including complex joint venture agreements, the acquisition of companies in crisis or insolvency (distressed M&A) and corporate restructuring.
