He is specialised in IT systems integration and implementation in the telecommunications, energy and finance industries and has almost 15 years of experience in technology consulting. Previously he was responsible for ERP and CRM systems implementation, data migration and integration projects in cooperation with offshore delivery centres. He is a registered PMI PMP, APMG Agile Project Manager and a Certified Scrum Master.

Christian has more than 15 years of experience Procure-to-Pay space. Automation of business processes have been his core focus for organizations of all sizes and industries. Christian has deep knowledge of ECM in combination with SAP, especially in the field of image and data capture, process automation and image archiving. Prior to joining Serrala Christian has held positions with xSuite Group GmbH. In his last role he was the Head of Product Management and Marketing.
