Our banking and finance law services business line offers a full range of legal services related to Hungarian and international financial transactions.

Our lawyers possess considerable experience in assisting clients in connection with financing transactions related to Hungarian and international projects including project, acquisition and real estate financing projects, general and syndicated lending transactions and other financing transactions. We represent clients in all aspects and stages of financing transactions, from negotiations through documentation to conclusion, in which we are engaged by clients acting in various capacities: borrowers, agents, lenders, other syndicate members or the issuers of letters of credit.
We represent our clients before the National Bank of Hungary (the supervisory authority) in all types of procedures with the required experience and insight, whether they involve establishing financial institutions or procedures concerning market supervision cases.

We possess significant experience in capital market procedures and issues involving the operation and regulation of investment services providers.
