MOL Group completed the sale of certain retail service stations in Slovenia to Shell. The transaction was a condition set by the European Commission for MOL Group’s takeover of OMV Slovenia and it covers overall 39 service stations – 19 from MOL Slovenia and 20 from the former OMV Slovenia network.
