Partner in Pet Food, a pet food producer and distributor became a part of Advent International's portfolio in 2011. Deloitte was the transaction services provider to Advent International in the acquisition process as well, as scuh we asssited the whole acquisition and exit process. Being familiar with Partner in Pet Food's business model was key for conducting the vendor due diligence, and it contributed to the successful transaction."
