Brendon Group

Talentis Group Zrt. has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% ownership of Brendon Group. Brendon operates 18 stores in Hungary, holding a market-leading position among stores specialising in distributing baby and mom products. In addition to Hungary, Brendon is also present in Slovakia, where it is the second largest market player with the largest store in Bratislava. Its consolidated revenues exceeded HUF 15 billion in 2022 and it has more than 300 employees. Deloitte acted as exclusive financial, legal, tax and sell side transaction advisor to the Shareholders during the Transaction.
