"Tigaz Zrt. through its subsidiaries Tigaz DSO Kft. and Turulgaz Zrt. supplies natural gas to almost half of the territory of Hungary, and owns the largest natural gas distribution network in the country. Deloitte was leading the seller-drive competitive transaction process in order to achieve the most attractive price and conditions for Eni. As a result of the process, Eni concluded a deal with MET Holding, offering the most attractive conditions."
