Gránit Bank Zrt.

Gránit Bank Zrt. is acquiring 100% ownership of De Lage Landen Finance Zrt. and De Lage Landen Leasing Kft., both operating in Hungary, from the Netherlands-based DLL Group. The parties did not disclose the details of the transaction. The transaction requires approval from the Hungarian National Bank and the Hungarian Competition Authority. Following the closing of the transaction, the companies will continue to operate under the names of Gránit Pénzügyi Lízing Zrt. and Gránit Lízing Kft. Deloitte acted as a buy-side advisor and supported Gránit Bank during the transaction process.
