Orkla 

Orkla Foods Europe, the Norwegian industrial investment company with a brand and consumer-oriented focus has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% ownership of Khell-Food Kft., the largest producer of ready-made sandwiches and baguettes in the Hungarian market. Orkla Group is present in 22 countries, with revenues above EUR 5 billion and more than 21,000 employees, being listed in the Norwegian Stock Exchange. The agreement was signed in December 2022 and the transaction was closed in February 2023. Deloitte acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Orkla throughout the Transaction.
