OTP Group signed a binding agreement with Banca Transilvania to sell its 100% stake in OTP Bank Romania. The agreement includes the sale of all Romanian subsidiaries of OTP Bank Romania as well. The transaction is subject to the necessary regulatory approvals. Deloitte acted as sell-side financial advisor, supporting OTP Group over the transaction.
