"The consortium formed by Aberdeen Asset Management, Intertoll and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) acquired 80% of M6 Duna and 90 % of M6 Tolna, two Hungarian highway concession companies from PORR and Bilfinger. Combined construction CapEx of the two highways exceeded EUR 1 billion. Deloitte is proud to be part of this deal which is likely the only transaction in Hungary in recent years in this magnitude between two private parties. Model review services had key role in this transaction, as the valuation is heavily dependent on the income streams provided by the two complex long term concession contracts underlying the financial model."
