CIB Bank (the Hungarian subsidiary of the Intesa SanPaolo Group) sold a loan portfolio consisting of non-performing retail mortgage loans.
Deloitte provided transaction advisory services to CIB Bank.

"Due to the successful sale of CIB Bank's NPL portfolio in 2017, the Bank decided to sell their remaining NPL retail mortgage portfolio. The transaction - similarly to the previous portfolio sale - has been closed with the great satisfaction of our client. As a result of the transaction, our client's retail mortgage NPL ratio has been further decreased."
