SG Equipment Finance Czech Republic acquired the Slovakian business of IKB Leasing. Deloitte provided transaction advisory services to IKB Leasing, including financial, tax, and negotiation support services.

The transaction of IKB Leasing's Slovakian business, running in paralell with the Romanian transaction, proved again the capabilities of Deloitte Hungary, being part of the global network of Deloitte, to provide the most suitable and beneficial services to its clients in such complex, international transactions. This time we have advised our German client in disposing its Slovakian business.
