Vivimed Labs Spain S.L, the parent of UQUIFA S.A acquired SONEAS, a Hungarian CDMO company.
Deloitte provided transaction advisory services to Vivimed, including financial, tax, environmental and legal services.
It was a fairly complex project as Deloitte provided a wide-range of buy-side due diligence services and closing assistance. We had to coordinate the various in-house experts (financial, tax, environmental and legal) to make sure our client is aware of any deal issues throughout the whole process.
