Rózsakert Medical Center

Owners of Rózsakert Medical Center Group signed a joint venture agreement with the listed, Romanian MedLife Group. As part of the agreement MedLife acquires a 51% ownership in Rózsakert Medical Center Group. 

Deloitte Legal acts as Rózsakert Medical Center Group’s legal advisor in the transaction.

The transaction is significant as MedLife is the largest private medical operator in Romania and  one of the major private healthcare companies in Central and Eastern Europe, while on the other hand, Rózsakert Medical Center is in top 10 providers of private medical services in Hungary, providing a wide range of medical services, including clinical and para-clinical outpatient services and investigations, as well as a complex range of day hospitalization interventions, focusing on the specialties of ophthalmology, gynecology, proctology, dermatology, plastic surgery, and more others.
