In a joint transaction 11 financial institution under liquidation sold their performing and non-performing loan portfolios to numerous buyers. The aggregate gross exposure of the performing and non-performing portfolios amounted to HUF 10.3 billion and HUF 157.8 billion, respectively. Deloitte Legal acted as the sellers' legal and financial advisor.
