HELL Group has redesigned its financing structure and as part of it issued Corporate Bond in the amount of HUF 28.5 billion. Deloitte provided comprehensive debt advisory and Deloitte Legal acted as legal advisor in relation to the bond issuance on the borrower’s side in the course of the transaction.
