Codecool, an IT education and outsourcing business completed its third successful investment round by its EUR 7 million agreement concluded with Integral Venture Partners as lead investor and its earlier investors. Deloitte provided transaction advisory services to Integral Venture Partners, including due diligence (financial, tax and legal) and full-scope legal advisory.
