We are glad to present You the second, extended edition of Deloitte’s Customer Service Excellence Report 2022.

The newest edition of Deloitte’s Customer Service Excellence Report intends to track insights on key factors that impact service excellence applying a concept that incorporates understanding both the front-end and back-end of the customer service function.

This year we present insights gained through a survey conducted with customer service leaders in 3 regions - the Nordics, Central Europe and Western Europe.
