dr. Ágnes Bogdán

Ágnes Bogdán is an attorney-at-law and a member of the Budapest Bar Association. She joined Deloitte Legal Hungary in 2021 as Senior Managing Associate of the Energy practice group. Ms. Bogdán has a demonstrated history of working in regulated industries and international law firms. She has been in the energy and construction industry for over 11 years, previously working as a senior counsel (E.ON) and as a legal director for a large EPC focused company group (OT Industries). As an attorney at DLA Piper and Freshfields law firms she has accumulated substantial experience in negotiating complex contracts in M&A transactions, as well as providing advice on a variety of matters and commercial risks related to the business. She has been directly involved in complex business transactions with primary focus on the implementation of EPC integrated, large-scale projects and in drafting and negotiating critical engineering-, construction-, and EPC agreements.
