David Ramocsa is a Senior Managing Associate of the dispute resolution and tax litigation practice group at Deloitte Legal Hungary. He is an attorney-at-law and member of the Budapest Bar Association.
Dávid graduated from the Eötvös Loránd University as lawyer in 2015 and spent one year as an exchange student at the University of Lund with scholarship. In addition to his legal degree, he is qualified as a tax advisor. Dávid has worked as a manager at a big4 company’s tax litigation team prior to joining Deloitte. He has 10 years of professional experience.
Dávid specializes in dispute resolution with a primary focus on tax controversy and tax litigation. His portfolio includes representing clients in tax disputes concerning different tax levels before tax authorities, domestic courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union. He also acts during non-tax disputes before the courts and arbitral tribunals. He speaks fluent English.
