Dr. Linda Al Sallami a legal partner of Deloitte Legal, and is leading the Banking & Finance, Capital Markets team. She joined Deloitte Legal in 2017 from CMS Cameron McKenna.
Her team offers full-scale legal advisory services in the banking and financial sector, assisting local and international clients with regulatory and compliance matters, financing and capital markets transactions.
During her professional career, Linda gained considerable expertise in various types of project financing and restructuring transactions, including renewable energy project, commodity stock and real estate financing as well as portfolio transfers.
She also advises clients on capital markets matters, such as IPOs and bond issues, and assists clients with licensing and regulatory matters from licensing procedures through daily operation.
Her clients are leading financial institutions, real estate developers, asset managers and corporates.
When it comes to sustainability, Linda utilizes her expertise, covering various jurisdictions and international practices to provide clients with innovative approaches and solutions, particularly in the field of sustainable finance and ESG compliance.
Linda spent a 6-month secondment at UniCredit Bank London Branch where she supported the CEE/EMEA syndicated loan and LBO department.
