Tímea is a Manager at Deloitte Hungary in the Finance and Performance business line with more than 6 years of professional experience. At Deloitte Tímea has been involved in numerous operational transformation projects in the utility industry and SSC sector gaining relevant experience in project management, target operating model design, IT implementation and business process review focusing on P2P and O2C processes.

She is specialized in the customer service and the back office functions i.e. finance, procurement, document and facility management and resource management.
