Tamás is partner at the Advisory service line of Deloitte Hungary offering strategy and operations services to financial institutions in the areas of digital strategy, digital transformation data analytics, and product and process development.
Prior to joining Deloitte Tamás led the digital transformation programme of the OTP Group from 2016. Before that he had served as managing director of the Strategic, Planning and Controlling Directorate of OTP Bank. He has coordinated numerous new-wave programmes, such as designing E2E digital customer journeys, introduction of new tools in branch offices, creation of a data strategy, and improvement of internal operational efficiency. Tamás is well-experienced in preparing business plans, controlling reports and market analyses. He has participated in several acquisitions, business integration and product development projects. Before OTP he had worked for McKinsey & Co as a consultant and Concorde Securities as a stock analyst.
