WorldClass is Deloitte's global initiative to empower 50 million people to succeed in a rapidly changing global economy by 2030 in three areas: education, skills, and opportunities. Aligned with this, Deloitte Japan is also promoting various initiatives with the aim to impact two million people by 2030.

Ever since the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011, Deloitte Japan has been continuing our efforts of support to the affected areas and our focus has been consistently placed on developing talent, jobs, and community.
They need distinguished leaders who will turn around the community with piled-up economic difficulties and we believe that the role of a catalyst who would walk with those leaders and accelerate dynamic change would matter, which will lead to make social impact in the community.
In 2020, nine years after the Great East Japan Earthquake, we have made short movies titled as “The catalyst nurturing community leaders,” in the hope of showing a role model for making a better society as a consequence of our long-running disaster recovery and reconstruction support activities. Watch our joy and pride of being trusted and needed from the community and our commitment to the duty as catalyst.
