Deloitte Tohmatsu will participate in Tokyo Rainbow Pride 2021, one of the largest LGBT+ related event in Asia

We will have online booth and host a free LGBT+ seminar on practical case studies at a workplace and Q&A sessions

Deloitte Tohmatsu Group (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo /Group CEO: Takashi Nagata) will be participating in the online “Tokyo Rainbow Pride 2021,” which is one of the largest LGBT+ related event in Asia, on April 24(Sat) and 25(Sun) 2021.

■About Tokyo Rainbow Pride

Tokyo Rainbow Pride is one of the largest LGBT+ related event in Asia, for LGBT+ members and the Ally (supporters) to celebrate diversity and empower inclusive society where everyone, including LGBT+ members and sexual minorities, can live true to themselves. Online events will be held like 2020, under the theme of “Our voices, Our Rights.” 

■Deloitte Tohmatsu Group’s participation in the “Tokyo Rainbow Pride”

Deloitte Tohmatsu Group has been supporting Tokyo Rainbow Pride since 2018. This year, we will have an online booth on the Tokyo Rainbow Pride website and host an online free seminar “Sneak peek into Deloitte Tohmatsu internal training ~How to be an LGBT Ally~“ on April 25th. This seminar is based on our members’ experiences and our D&I insights, which covers from basics about LGBT+ to practical case studies. We will be discussing how LGBT+ related challenges at workplace should be handled and how initiatives should be empowered in an organization. The seminar is not only for LGBT+ members, but for everyone who would like to start an initiative in empowering more inclusive society. (No registration needed, and you can join anonymously.) We will also be having Q&A session which you can ask any queries to our LGBT+ member.
