By convening bold perspectives, collaborations and research, the DEI Institute can help companies meet their commitments and the increasing expectations among their workforces and key leaders to drive change.
Advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion
While many businesses have focused on becoming more diverse and inclusive, there remains a continued need for actionable, data-based research in advancing equitable outcomes. The focus on equity—with measurable and meaningful outcomes in the workforce, marketplace, and society—has become increasingly critical.
