CHARLOTTE, N.C., March 8, 2017 — Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Continental Café Inc. (Continental) on its recapitalization with New Heritage Capital, LLC (New Heritage), a Boston, Massachusetts-based private equity investment firm. The transaction closed Jan. 27, 2017.
Founded in 1989 and based in Troy, Michigan, Continental is a diversified provider of food services, including vending, café and on-site dining, catering, micro-markets and event hosting services. Continental ranks in the top 25 largest food service providers nationally.
