Closing the cyber risk gap

Technological innovation is unlocking vast opportunities for growth and productivity. It is also giving rise to new and rapidly evolving cyber risks that are raising the bar on cybersecurity and increasing the need for talent.

Our survey of Canadian executives revealed both a quantitative and qualitative shift in demand for cybersecurity talent. Success will require a variety of personas with diverse skills and expertise—strong technology skills alone are not enough.
