David Arthur

As a partner in the Global R&D and Government Incentives group with 31 years of professional experience and knowledge, David focuses on advising energy and resources clients on the federal Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) tax credit program, including how to get their projects designated as pilots. He is also an important collaborator on educational initiatives with numerous industry groups to educate industry sectors on the program.
