Raj Mudhar co-leads the Enterprise Agile Transformation practice with over 20 years of product development and delivery experience in Asia, Europe and North America in both hardware and software, as an R&D leader. Raj has led multiple large (1000+ people) Agile transformations in multiple industries, leading to better delivery and higher quality for customers. His transformation experience covers governance, product team and technology team structure, operating models and SDLC development, training, and coaching at senior executive, management, and team levels. Raj is fully versed in all aspects of Agile practices both from a technical as well as business perspective.
