Sean Morrison

Sean is a partner in the Audit practice and leads the Global IFRS & Offerings Services (GIOS) Group. He specializes in providing advisory services regarding the application of IFRS, Canadian GAAP, U.S. GAAP and Canadian and U.S. regulatory requirements to Canadian companies. Prior to re-joining the Canadian firm in 2006, Sean spent over three years working with the GIOS group in England, advising international clients on US capital markets transactions.
