MNB published new guidelines on internal governance

In August 2022, the MNB published a new recommendation on the establishment and operation of internal guidelines, as well as on the management and control functions of financial organizations ("Recommendation"). The Recommendation follows the structure of the previous 2018 recommendation, however, many of its chapters have been modified and new sections have been added.
