Rubix Group International, a UK-based strategic investment company focused on the trading of industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) products, has acquired 100% of TAR Csavar-Csapágy Kft., one of the largest tools and general maintenance (TGM) product distributors in the Hungarian market. The Rubix Group is present in 22 countries and has a turnover of more than €3 billion. The agreement was signed in May 2023 and the transaction closed in July 2023. Deloitte acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to the Tar family during the Transaction.
