Martin Csépai

With 20+ years of experience in the field of human resources management, Martin is the leader of Deloitte HR Advisory. Starting in 2013, he was Deloitte Hungary’s HR Director for over five years. Before that, he had worked as head of recruitment and compensation at Raiffeisen Bank and spent 13 years at Aon Hewitt as the market lead for Hungary and senior consultant. Martin has experience in the management of HR related projects such as HR due diligence, HR strategy development, HR transformation, HR programs and solutions design in various industries (banking, insurance, energy, telco, and manufacturing).
