Zsolt is a Partner in Deloitte Central Europe and he is member of the regional financial services team within the Financial Advisory. He has 16 years of experience in corporate finance, valuation, transaction support and PMI advisory. He has strong expertise in the financial services industry and long track record in the banking sector in Central Europe. Zsolt holds two masters degree one in Finance and one in Law.
Between 2018 and 2019 Zsolt joined OTP as senior project leader reporting to the head of M&A leading a series of 6 successful acquisition projects of top banks in Serbia, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Montenegro, Moldova and Albania with total transaction value well over 1 bn EUR.
