Akihiro Matsuyama

Akihiro specializes in risk management, business/function strategy development, and organizational/operational reform as well as the development of management infrastructure for putting such strategies into practice. He also has a wealth of experience in cross-border project management for multinational companies, including Japanese companies.

In October 1997, Akihiro joined Tohmatsu & Co. (now Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC), and after working at Tohmatsu Consulting Co., Ltd. (now Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting LLC), was sent to Deloitte China in August 2004, and has been in his current position since January 2017.
