In 1996, he joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC.
In addition to IPO readiness supports, he worked on listed/non listed companies audit, financial DD, as well as implementations on management accounting system, compensation plan, etc.
From 2005 to 2009, he was stationed at Deloitte Singapore, and after returning to Japan, he worked in auditing listed companies, as well as IFRS related work focusing on cross-border listings and assisting Japanese companies to expand into Southeast Asia. After that, he was posted to Deloitte Singapore again in 2016, where he served as a country leader in services for Japanese companies in Singapore, coordinating audited companies and providing cross-business client support. He returned to Japan in September 2020.
