Yoichi Tadakuma

In 1994, he joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC. In addition to auditing in a wide range of industries, from major steelmakers to mid-sized companies, he has been involved in venture support, IPOs preparation, M&A, and business revitalization.

In 1998, he was sent on a short-term assignment to Deloitte US (Detroit), then stationed in Deloitte China (Dalian, Shanghai) from 2005 to 2010. At the Shanghai office, as the lead partner of the East China region of the Japanese Services Group, he provided one-stop services to Japanese companies in a variety of situations, including financial audits, tax consulting, M&A and business restructuring, as well as entering and exiting China.

After returning to Japan, he worked in venture support as a director of Tohmatsu Venture Support Co., Ltd. (now Deloitte Tohmatsu Venture Support Co., Ltd.), in addition to auditing the listed companies, and currently focuses on auditing IPOs preparation companies.
