David Samach

David leads Deloitte Japan’s Capital Markets practice, and the Japan Global Financial Services Inbound Program, responsible for serving all Foreign Banks in Japan. He is also the Asia Pacific Investment Lead Partner looking to maximize the returns on Deloitte AP’s shared investment capital through Corporate Development and other growth enablers.

Prior to Deloitte, he has held a number of roles across Banking and Consulting, where he has overseen several global programs including digital transformation, post-merger integration, regulatory remediation, cost reduction, operational transformation, investment planning and governance, controls optimization and TOM development. Over the course of his career David has provided a full range of consulting services including Strategy, Operations, and Technology to major Private, Wholesale and Investment banks.
