Kazuhiro joined Tohmatsu & Co. (currently Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC) in 1990 engaged mainly in audits of financial institutions, and then was transferred to Deloitte Touche in New York for five years to work on tax accounting consulting for Japanese companies. Since 2000, Kazuhiro has been engaged in M&A advisory, due diligence, corporate valuations, and intangible asset valuations.
